Hi, I'm Olivia Berman! I'm 16 years old and I'm from the Detroit, Michigan area.

I've been performing since I was six years old, and there's nowhere I'd rather be than on stage. Singing has always been a part of who I am. I was even humming before I could even talk! Performing is where I feel the most confident, comfortable, and truly myself.

Over the years, I've been fortunate to perform in nearly 30 productions. Some of my favorite roles include Cady Heron in Mean Girls, Eurydice and Fate #1 in Hadestown, Willy Wonka in Willy Wonka, Little Red Riding Hood in Into the Woods, Peter Pan in Peter Pan, Princess Jasmine in Aladdin, and Annie in Annie. Every role has challenged me in a different way and helped me grow as both a performer and a person.

I'm naturally outgoing, energetic, and bubbly, so I love playing characters with big personalities. At the same time, I enjoy the challenge of transforming into someone completely different. One of my favorite things is surprising people with how big my voice is compared to how small I am!

Outside of theater, I'm a member of my school's choir and honored to have earned MSVMA Musical Theatre All-State recognition. I'm always looking for opportunities to keep growing through vocal training, acting classes, dance, piano, and summer intensives, including Stage Door Manor and programs at the University of Michigan and Michigan State University.

When I'm not performing, you'll usually find me spending time with my family and friends, running cross country, swimming, creating content for social media, or co-leading Showtime Summer Theatre Camp, which I helped found to introduce younger kids to the magic of musical theatre.

My dream is to perform on Broadway. Every audition, rehearsal, class, and performance brings me one step closer, and I'm excited to share that journey with you.
